| Step 1 |
Click on the Housekeeping Tab
- Enter a name in the stage1 field for Stage1 (ie.
Painting Dept., Shelve A-F, Main St. Warehouse, Work Bench #3,
etc)
- Repeat for Stage2 , etc. (you do not have to use
all 10 stages and you can add or rename stages later.)

| Step 2 |
Click on the Customer Tab.
- Click the New Customer button on the tool bar.
- Fill in the Customer information in the fields. Repeat to
add more Customers.

Click on the Products Tab.
- Click on New Product button on the tool bar.
- Enter a Item Number in the Item Number field, etc. Repeat
to add more Products.

| Step 4 |
Click on the New Order Tab.
- Click on the New Order button in the tool bar.
- Enter information from the drop down pick list.
- Repeat for the next New Order.

Click on the Print Label button on the
toolbar. |
| Step 6 |
Click on the Start Work button on the
toolbar to move the new work orders to the Work in Process folder |
| Step 7 |
Click on the Work in Process Tab.
- Click on the Detail button located to the left of the row.
- Click on the Now Button to time stamp a stage.
- Click on the List button located at the bottom of screen to
return to list mode.

| Step 8 |
Click on the Inventory Tab.
- Click on the Import button.
- Choose File or Barcode.
- Choose Barcode if you have a Barcode reader attached to your
computer.
- Choose File to manually enter information from the keyboard.
- Click on Details button.
- Enter information in the Stage field, Enter Now to time stamp.
- Click on List button to return to list mode.
- Click on the Update Status button on the tool bar.
- Click on the Work In Process Tab to view updated information.
- Click on Name, Item ID, Stage, etc. to sort your work orders.
